Instructions for use:

To unwind cord, hold both cords and pull away simultaneously from the centre. Do not pull one side only. Pull out the cord to the desired length and cord will lock into position. To retract cord, hold both cords and pull away from the centre simultaneously to release lock. Cord with then retract automatically.
